Who I am
Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years in accounting and finance leadership — including a Deloitte audit background and CFO-level roles. I look at numbers for a living, which is exactly the habit I bring to evaluating a piece of land or a note: straight math, no games, an answer you can trust.
I'm also the founder of Main Street Exit Partners, a Cincinnati business brokerage, and I hold an active real estate license in the State of Ohio. Gold Medal Land is separate from that — it's simply how I buy real estate and notes directly, for my own account, and a place for you to confirm who I am before we ever speak.
